Step 1. Make cake balls

What you'll need
     1 9x13 sheet cake (cooled)
     Frosting (handmade buttercream or 1 store bought container)
     Bowl
     Knife
     Spatula
     Fork
     Scale
     Small bowl
     Gloves (if desired)  
     1 T cookie scoop
     Flat container


Step 2.  Dipping & Decorating
     Chilled cake balls
     Lollipop Sticks (from you local craft store)
     Candy Melts (from your local craft store)
     Microwave proof small bowl or jar
     Shortning
     Spaturas & spoons
     Sprinkles or light weight candies
     Sandwhich bags
     Sissors
